By booking a journey with West Coast Chauffeur ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from West Coast Chauffeur. Bookings made online are acknowledged automatically, but remain subject to driver availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
All prices quoted are fixed at the time of booking and inclusive of applicable tolls and standard waiting time. Prices are quoted in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended waiting time beyond the included allowance, or out-of-hours requests not specified at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@westcc.ie.
Airport transfers include 60 minutes complimentary waiting time from the confirmed landing time. All other pickups include 15 minutes complimentary waiting time. Waiting time beyond these allowances will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to our drivers and vehicles. The Company reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger is abusive, intoxicated or poses a risk to the driver or vehicle. Damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the passenger.
West Coast Chauffeur carries full public liability insurance. However, the Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, or flight delays. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in our vehicles, though all reasonable efforts will be made to return found items.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
